3. Message Limits and Extra Usage

Depending on your plan:

  • Standard Plan includes up to 500 messages per month

  • Pro Plan includes up to 1,000 messages per month

  • Extra usage is billed at $25 NZD per 500 messages

We will notify you in advance when you're nearing your message limit and confirm any add-on charges before applying them.

4. Data Storage and Security

We store your information securely and take reasonable steps to protect it. This includes:

  • Limiting access to chatbot content

  • Using trusted third-party platforms (e.g., Wix, Meta, Google)

  • Removing outdated or unused data upon request

  • Request removal of data from our systems if you cancel your service
